Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026The Girls Club Life CIC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We believe in being straightforward — no jargon, no hidden surprises.
Who we are
The Girls Club Life CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We run weekly peer support sessions, community events, and online support for women aged 18 and over across the UK.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us at hello@thegirlsclub.life.
What information we collect
We only collect information that you give us directly. This may include:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and any message you send us.
- Sponsor enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and message.
- Email sign-up: your email address, so we can send you updates about sessions and events.
We do not collect any information automatically. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any form of tracking on this website. It is a static site — no data is gathered in the background.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiries and messages.
- Send you updates about upcoming sessions, events, and news (only if you have signed up for emails).
- Follow up on sponsorship or partnership enquiries.
We will never use your information for anything you wouldn't expect.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
We may share your information only where required by law, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our community members.
Donations
