Supporting mental health from the start

Weekly peer support sessions, fun & educational events and a community of women who genuinely get it through lived experience. Come as you are.

What we stand for

Three things we believe in

Women's Empowerment

Helping women find their voice, their confidence, and their power — together.

Mental Wellbeing

Peer support that meets you where you are — no referrals, no waiting lists, just real help.

Tackling Isolation

Building real friendships so no woman has to face life alone.

If you've been putting on a brave face, running on empty, or just feeling like you're doing it all alone — we are here for you, no matter what you need.

Real words from real women

Don't just take our word for it

"The girls club has given me a safe place to talk about trying to conceive which is a very private thing also Neurodivergence. I've recently been feeling alone with these 2 and in just days I feel less alone."

"This group helped me massively with my anxiety it's been a distraction to what's going on in my mind and all the girls have been lovely and understanding of me when I've been open about my mental health. I feel I've grown as a more confident person since being in the group."

"This group is honestly amazing from the bottom of my heart. I have made friends for life and that's only within a week. I feel so comfortable talking about my worries to all of the girls. Keep smashing it Jess! Exciting things to come for the girls club."

Meet the founder

Built by a woman who gets it

Girls Club Life CIC was created from lived experience, resilience, and a deep passion to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered.

After facing many struggles as a woman herself — including trauma and long-term mental health challenges — Jess realised how important safe spaces and supportive communities truly are. She turned that pain into purpose, and The Girls Club Life was born.
